Who is the Retreat at Remnant Ranch For?
We warmly welcome individuals and groups for silent retreats, day visits, or group retreats. Many retreatants bring their own programming, while our dedicated team—including our onsite retreat center manager—is ready to assist in planning and facilitating a meaningful experience. When needed, we can enhance your retreat with additional support or select recreational activities.
What are our Current Facilities?
Holy Family Chapel
Our Chapel offers an intimate setting for worship, seating 30 people with overflow capacity for up to 54 during special occasions, making it a sacred space for Mass, reflection, prayer, and praise.
Blessed Stanley Rother Fellowship Hall
Our Fellowship Hall provides a warm and versatile gathering space, featuring a cozy fireplace, library, comfortable furnishings, a spacious kitchen and dining area, a covered porch, an elevated deck with scenic views of a pond and the Ouachita Mountain foothills.
Gazebo and Firepit
Our gazebo is a short walk from the Chapel and Fellowship hall. Located at the south corner of our central pond the gazebo has a firepit for fellowship and relaxation.
What are our current overnight accommodations?
The current overnight accommodations are in one of two ranch houses on the adjacent property. Each house is roughly a one mile drive from the Holy Family Chapel and Blessed Stanley Rother Fellowship Hall. Please contact Anthony Hammen our Retreat Center and Ranch Manager for more information!
What are our plans for future accommodations?
With “Phase I” of construction complete, the Retreat at Remnant Ranch has begun “Phase II”. Future accommodations will include 2 Poustinias and 1 Dormitory. Each Poustinia will be a modest, secluded cabin for individual or couple retreats. The Dormitory will consist of 14 rooms and a small living area. Our current “Phase II” will accommodate 30 people overnight.
